Shoulder Pain, & Hip Pain
Nate had shoulder and hip pain that he had been dealing with for as long as he could remember. His pain had gotten to a point where he didn't know what it felt like to function normally, and at points was so severe that it left him unable to stand or move for days. Nate was diagnosed with functional dystonia, and his muscles would involuntarily contract which also negatively impacted his shoulder and hip. Nate also struggled with his mental health and insomnia, but within the first three months was able to stop his medications for major depression and generalized anxiety disorder, as well as greatly reducing the amount of trazadone he used to help him sleep at night. "I have never felt this darn good! I can do physical things I've never been able to do before and emotionally I am a lot more stable than I think I've ever been in my entire life"
